LNP Lipid Blend 2 A83213 (Previously 300213) LNP Lipid Blend 2
This pre-mixed lipid blend is composed of components suitable for producing nucleic acid-based lipid nanoparticles. Works best with DNA/plasmid cargo, and can be used for other nucleic acids as well.
Instructions for using the LNP Lipid Blend 2:
1. Add 1-mL of ethanol to the vial to achieve 25 mg/mL. Mix well to achieve full dissolution.*
2. Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer.**
3. Use solvent injection to create LNPs. Different parameters and cargo will result in different particle size results.
4. Dialyze the final formulation against buffer of choice to remove residual ethanol.
