 This pre-mixed lipid blend is composed of components suitable for producing nucleic acid-based lipid nanoparticles. Works best with mRNA cargo; can be used for other nucleic acids as well. Contains Certest ionizable lipid CP-LC-0729.  

Instructions for using the LNP Lipid Blend 6:  

Add ethanol to the vial to achieve 25mg/mL.* Mix well to achieve full dissolution.** 

Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer.*** 

Use solvent injection to create LNPs. Different parameters and cargo will result in different particle size results.  

Dialyze the final formulation against buffer of choice to remove residual ethanol.

**Note: low heat, sonication, or vortexing can be used as needed
