Cyanine 7.5 DBCO 880266 Cyanine7.5-N-(dibenzocyclooctyne)
Cyanine 7.5 DBCO is a near-infrared fluorescent probe that can be used to label biomolecules such as peptides. These probes have a similar fluorescent profile to traditional dyes such as fluorescein but have increased photostability and water solubility. These properties make these probes excellent for labelling amine groups such as those on antibodies, nucleic acids, and proteins and can be detected using a variety of fluorescence detection techniques such as microscopy and flow cytometry.
The DBCO terminal group offers the ability for this probe to be “clickable” and can be conjugated to a wide variety of molecules using click chemistry.
